General conditions of the auction:

Bidder’s registration fee and guaranteed margin have to be paid before submission of the documents for registration. Settlement account for payment of the bidder’s guaranteed margin, registration fee and real estate price – No. LT38 7044 0600 0310 4481, AB SEB bank.

Persons, who intend to participate in the auctions, shall submit the documents for registration at the following address: Public Institution Kaunas University of Technology, K. Donelaičio Str. 73-301, Kaunas.

Location of the auction: Public Institution Kaunas University of Technology, K. Donelaičio Str. 73-301, Kaunas. Auctions are conducted directly, in accordance with “Guidelines for Sale of the Real Estate Owned by Kaunas University of Technology under Procedure of Public Auction”, approved by the order No. A-615 by the Rector of Kaunas University of Technology of 12 December 2014.

Deadline and procedure of payment for the real estate acquired at the auction:

Real estate purchase-sale contract with successful bidder  shall be made in 60 days after the date of the sales at the auction and the whole cost of real estate shall be paid in 30 days after signing of the real estate purchase-sale contract at the latest.
