“One of the best aspects of studying at KTU was the supportive and flexible approach of the lecturers and professors. I appreciate that KTU’s system encourages independent learning, and the students are not pressured to study just for the exams’ sake – it was up to us to take responsibility for our education. This method made studying more engaging and meaningful,” says Ilya Sapeha from Belarus, who has graduated with a master’s in construction management this January.
Already working as a construction engineer in a local company, Ilya admits that Kaunas has become his home. Ilya chose KTU from several options due to the University’s wide choice of English-taught study programmes.
This year, KTU offers 32 master’s studies in English. A master’s degree adds to your competence portfolio skills and knowledge that are crucial for achieving higher positions at work, and research reveals that having a master’s contributes to a higher salary. Studying a master’s with funding adds to the value of the studies.
