Monday 2 February a Welcome Week for International students arriving to Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) started. Full week of events ranging from city and campus tours to lectures on Lithuanian culture and University life will provide a fresh start to the new members of our international community.
Around 170 new international students are coming to KTU this spring: around 90 exchange and around 80 degree students. We are happy to welcome students from Finland (you have been missed!) and pleased to have an increasing number of exchange students from Belgium and the Netherlands. Among the exotic countries our degree students come are Djibouti and Thailand. In total more than 630 international students are studying at KTU.
