University | 2018-02-19

Startup company Aciety co-founded by Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) alumni is this week’s startup of the week, selected by Startup Lithuania. The website featuring news on the Lithuanian startup community publishes the interview with KTU alumnus Tomas Pagirys, co-founder and business developer at Aciety.

Aciety, a software development outsourcing platform, helps companies to find the most suitable software development companies and get the most competitive offers. Aciety unites more than 500 (Eastern) European software development companies and uses its advanced database to bring the top matches.

“We developed two startups before Aciety and software development was always an issue. We also believe that tech makes the world a better place. Therefore, we decided to use our experience and to build a matchmaking platform to make sure we help anyone who wants to build more great tech products”, says Pagirys.

The team started developing startups in 2012, and has been funded by on-going private crowd-funding campaign for several years. Currently, Aciety is interested in late seed or early Series A investment (500k – 800k Eur) to scale the operations.
