Work Placement at Allianz Global Investors

The placement is offered under three following tracks: Investment Management, Business Development and Business Operations. The duration of the programme starting in September 2015 is 24 months.

The aims of the programme:

• To assist candidates to develop new skills and gain new first-hand knowledge through work rotation.
• To introduce the participants to the inside structure of the organisation and to offer them a possibility to undertake at least one international placement.
• To develop communication skills of the participants through module learning.
• To give the participants the opportunity to benefit from business manager who will be their sponsor during the programme.
• To provide the excellent start of the career in a dynamic industry.

Requirements for the participants:

• Higher education
• Excellent English skills
• Strive for excellence
• Enthusiasm and curiosity
• Good communication skills
