“With the generous support from the Lithuanian government, I had an opportunity to dedicate myself to my studies fully,” says Nia Iskandarova from Sakartvelo, who graduated with a master’s in structural and building products engineering this January.
She appreciated her time in Kaunas – a calm, relaxed city that offers lush greenery and many routes for long walks in nature. Nia is grateful for the opportunities provided by the University – GIFTed students’ academy and various other programmes, which allow the students to connect and express their creativity in various fields.
In addition to the Lithuanian State grant, she is also a holder of KTU Talent Scholarship: “As an international student, it has helped me financially, not to mention that it’s always nice when your achievements are noticed and celebrated.”
This year, KTU offers 34 master’s programmes in English.
If you are from Armenia, Azerbaijan, China (People’s Republic of China and Taiwan), Georgia, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Ukraine, The United States of America, Uzbekistan and Vietnam, or a citizen of Lithuanian origin of non-EU and non-EFTA country, you are eligible for a state grant for your master’s.
