Investigation of calcium sulfoaluminate-belite cement properties

Project no.: 09.3.3.-LMT-K-712-15-0019

Project description:

During the project, the hydration peculiarities, strength and physical-chemical properties of environmentally friendly sulfoaluminate-belite cement will be determined. It is possible, that the properties of the created material will corresponds to the requirements of belite and special low-heat cements.

Project funding:

Project is funded by EU Structural Funds according to the 2014–2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds’ Investments priority “Development of scientific competence of researchers, other researchers, students through practical scientific activities” under Measure No. 09.3.3-LMT-K-712.

Project results:

In this project, the influence of gypsum and hydrothermal treatment parameters (duration and temperature) on the sulfoaluminate-belite cement hydration, mineral composition and strength properties will be developed. Also the technological scheme was offered for the production and hardening of sulfoaluminate-belite cement.
