Lithuanians are friendly, open to people from other countries and cultures and willing to integrate them into their circles, thinks Stewen Naano from Estonia, who graduated from master’s in mechatronics this summer.

“At first I was more interested in Mechanical Engineering MSc, intrigued by programme curriculum and research possibilities. However, after visiting KTU and getting introduced to mechatronics studies, I changed my mind and am really pleased with the decision. This specialisation broadens the horizons of engineering a lot for me, hence it is more interesting”, says Stewen.

KTU is the 2nd best university in Lithuania, and among the top 50 universities in Eastern and Central Europe and Asia (QS WUR, 2019). The synergy of engineering, natural, social sciences, humanities and arts makes the University’s graduates the sought-after employees in the job market. Innovations created at KTU laboratories by our researchers and students are changing the lives and minds of people.

KTU offers 26 Master’s programmes in English in a variety of fields. With the unique MA+ study model, we are the first in Lithuania to respond to the needs of the new generation, society and job market by providing the opportunity to model your studies the way you want it.
