Annotation:

Research that analyzes the integration of value, as benefit, for stakeholders in higher education institution’s performance measurement is fragmentary. It is noted that dynamic, diverse, complex social and economic life, influenced by rapid technological development, leads to drastic changes in higher education, as well as changes in the performance measurement of higher education institutions. Formation of higher education institution’s performance measurement, taking into account the value for stakeholders, is a topical issue as there is a need to find out if higher education institution’s performance measurement helps to ensure value for stakeholders in the common value creation, thus ensuring satisfaction of the stakeholders’ needs. Therefore, the aim of the dissertation is to justify the performance measurement based on the value for stakeholders in higher education. In order to achieve this aim, a dissertation research was conducted. In the first part of the dissertation, conceptual framework of the performance measurement based on the value for stakeholders in higher education was prepared and the theoretical assumptions were formulated. In the second part, the empirical verification of developed conceptual framework is based on the original research methodology, using the strategy of transformation procedures of qualitative and quantitative research, which is determined by the complexity of the object of the research. The third part summarizes the results of the research, which are based on the theoretical assumptions determining the integration of the value for stakeholders in the higher education institution’s performance measurement. It also provides insights and possible directions for further research.
