Marketing and Communication Project Manager for ECIU University activities

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER FOR ECIU UNIVERSITY ACTIVITIES

We are looking for an experienced Project manager to lead the Marketing and communication work package and coordinate related ECIU University activities.

• co-develop and co-plan marketing and communication tasks aligned with objectives of ECIU University and the main target audiences;
• manage day-to-day marketing and communication activities, coordinating the tasks between other work packages, outsourced agencies, and communication, design and social media specialists;
• manage projects related to the digital marketing module development, video content creation and merchandise projects;
• organise work package meetings, and participate in other project meetings;
• gather feedback, create reports and update Head of the project and relevant groups on marketing and communication developments within ECIU University;
• keep track of the marketing and communication budget and timelines;
• work in close cooperation with ECIU University Marketing, Communication and Dissemination team and colleagues from ECIU and member universities to ensure the creation and alignment of marketing and communication activities.

• higher education diploma;
• proficiency in Lithuanian and English language (at least C1 level);
• experience in managing large-scale marketing and communication projects;
• good understanding of marketing trends and tools, including digital marketing;
• capability to make decisions and work collaboratively in a dynamic international environment;
• result- and impact‐oriented personality, with a strong sense of ownership, project and time management skills.
