Research directions: Scientific research is conducted in the fields of sustainable biomass processing technologies, food quality and safety, and the development of functional food technologies, looking for new valuable raw material resources and opportunities for their sustainable use. Development of bioprocess technologies for the conversion of plant biomass to value-added food components, using microbial fermentation, enzymatic hydrolysis, and thermomechanical methods. Isolation and technological evaluation of bioactive food components from biomass. Development and research of bioproduct technology. Increasing the efficiency of biotechnological processes.
