The aim of the project is to accumulate and disseminate knowledge about the experience of restoring and preserving unique folk textile production technologies in Lithuania and Western Ukraine through interdisciplinary research. The submitted project is intended to continue the work of the Ukrainian-Lithuanian scientific project ORNETEX (“Western Ukrainian and Lithuanian Folk Textile Ornamentation: Universal and Unique Parameters”) carried out in 2018-2019 in unexplored directions, to further develop scientific research in new aspects, to accumulate and disseminate new knowledge to the interested scientific community and society. The project would aim not only to accumulate knowledge about the peculiarities of the unique ethnographic textile production technologies preserved in both countries, but also to introduce them to a wider circle of interested people during the organized events.

5 international and 1 national dissemination seminar were organized and held. 1 scientific article was published and 1 article was submitted to the Clarivate Analytics list journal “Fibres & Textiles in Eastern Europe”, 3 articles were published in the journal “Narodoznavchy zoshyty” published by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. 2 international conferences with poster presentations and 3 international conferences with oral presentations were participated in. 3 popular articles were prepared and published on the Internet and 1 popular article was published in the journal “Narodoznavchy zoshyty”.
