The project analyses the impact of women’s leadership on the development of sustainability-oriented innovations in organizations, with a particular focus on companies listed on the Nasdaq Baltic stock exchange. The relevance of the topic is driven by the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which requires organizations to adopt a broader approach to sustainability by addressing environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects and promoting gender diversity in corporate governance.
Project results:
The project will provide an empirical assessment of the impact of women’s leadership on the development of sustainability-oriented innovations in companies listed on the Nasdaq Baltic stock exchange. Based on the research findings, recommendations for relevant stakeholders will be developed.
