Project description:

The research in a systematic way examines technological and social issues as a whole and focus on the connections between them. This project addresses the question of what are the contradictions and tensions of organizations in sustainability transitions. Investigations on those issues is based on results of systemic literature review, sustainability reports and organizations web-pages content analysis, survey of customers, interview with organizations top and middle management and case studies of organizations. Project results comprise not only theoretical model of the contradictions and tensions management for organization in sustainability transition, but also design possible organizations pathways to sustainability.
