Teamwork-based Education and Digitalization as an Approach for the Interdisciplinary Engineering Training (TEDI)

Project no.: 2024-1-PL01-KA220-HED-000257156
Project website: https://tedi.prz.edu.pl/

Project description:

The project is focused on interdisciplinary and international training for high school students, conducted at partner universities, in order to promote the exchange of knowledge at the international level. The words “international” and “interdisciplinary” are very important in the development of the project methodology, the use of digital tools, the development of new teaching practices and teaching content. The TEDI project focuses on sharing good practices and
by promoting the international work of academics. The idea of ??preparing this project was motivated by the insufficient number of international trainings for students carried out in universities. Interdisciplinary aspects of the project are implemented by combining several scientific directions: mechanical engineering, construction engineering, and materials science and engineering. The synergy of these sciences gives students the opportunity to acquire a versatile engineering education.

Project funding:

The European Union programme Erasmus+

Project results:

The study project aims to strengthen international cooperation in the field of engineering education by increasing the number of joint curricula in partner universities. It focuses on the development of new teaching materials that facilitate cooperation between teachers and scientists. The project will promote interdisciplinary learning through various channels to overcome innovative teaching methods. In addition, the project aims to create new international and interdisciplinary groups of students and educators for continuous cooperation, thereby promoting similar initiatives.
