Synthesis, Characterization and Applications of New Organic Semiconductors for Efficient Light Emitting Diodes (SEMILED)

Project description:

In the frame of this project two groups of new organic elecro-active materials will be designed, synthesized and characterized. One group is derivatives for hole transporting layers. Such films improve hole transport and injection into emitting layer of multilayer OLED device as well as increase its efficiency. Other planed group is new structure host materials of electro-phosphorescent devices (PhOLEDs) containing high triplet energies and suitable affinity for triplet dopants.

Project results:

We have planned that scientific results of the international project will be published in journals cited in “Thomson Reuters Web of Science“ as well as presented in 10 scientific conferences.
