The aim of this project is to synthesize new indole derivatives with diazepine structure using advanced synthesis methods and to confirm their structures. Diazepine derivatives have antitumor effects and effects on the central nervous system. Meanwhile, the indole structural fragment is included in the composition of many well-known drugs. Although there are many indole derivatives with unique properties, there remains a great need to synthesize and study new condensed indole-diazepinone systems.
Project results:
Project result: new functionalized indole-diazepinone derivatives were synthesized. The structures of the obtained compounds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectral analysis and mass spectrometric analysis.
Period of project implementation: 2026-07-01 - 2026-08-31
