The idea of the project is to use classical and modern synthesis methods and knowledge of organic chemistry to obtain new condensed pyrazole systems that have yet to be described in the scientific literature. Pyrazole derivatives, with various functional properties, are the structural basis of many well-known drugs. Substituted pyrazole derivatives are characterized by a wide range of biological properties: anticancer [Chem Heterocycl Comp, 2016, 52, 1, 15], antifungal [Med Chem Res, 2016, 25, 501], antibacterial [Chem Heterocycl Comp, 2016, 52, 3, 172], antioxidant [RSC Advances, 2015, 5, 42, 33562], etc. The structural basis of pyrazole consists of compounds with applications in pharmaceutical, agricultural [J Plant Protection Res, 2012, 52, 1, 146] and materials science.
Project results:
Within the project’s scope, we will synthesize new condensed systems of pyrazole derivatives, which have the potential for practical applications in various fields of chemistry.
Period of project implementation: 2024-07-01 - 2024-08-31
