Synthesis and properties of new organic photoconductor containing four carbazolyl-based chromophores possesing diphenylamino fragments, for perovskite solar cells

Project no.: Nr. 09.3.3-LMT-K-712-16-0041

Project description:

The aim of the project is to synthesize an organic semiconductor for perovskite solar cells from 3,6-dibromocarbazole. The project will include the synthesis of intermediates and a target charge transporting compound, optimization of the synthesis method, characterization of new hole transporting molecules and evaluation of their suitability for PSE.

Project funding:

Project is funded by EU Structural Funds according to the 2014–2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds’ Investments priority “Development of scientific competence of researchers, other researchers, students through practical scientific activities” under Measure No. 09.3.3-LMT-K-712.

Project results:

The result of the project is a new organic semiconductor, with photoelectric, thermal and electrochemical properties suitable for the construction of perovskite solar cells.
