The aim of the project is to obtain condensed indole derivatives using modern synthesis methods and knowledge of organic chemistry, and to study their biological properties. Indole and its derivatives are a structural element of many well-known drugs on the market, therefore indole compounds are attractive research objects in the fields of organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and pharmacy. Condensed systems containing an indole fragment also have wide application possibilities, as they are characterized by excellent anticancer and kinase activity inhibiting effects. The field of research on condensed indole fragment-containing systems is still relevant, as it has not been sufficiently studied.
Project results:
Taking into account the potential of indole-based compounds, the goal and objectives of this project were formulated. Project result: new condensed indole derivatives were synthesized, the biological properties of the synthesized compounds were studied. The structures of the obtained indole derivatives were characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectral analysis, etc. analysis methods.
