ReLiP-ECT investigates how early-career teachers use research to inform teaching and professional decision-making across eight Nordic and Baltic countries. Through collaboration between universities, schools, and educational stakeholders, the project combines classroom observations, interviews, surveys, and collaborative inquiry within Mentored Communities of Practice. It aims to strengthen research-informed teaching, support teachers’ professional development, enhance school–university partnerships, and provide evidence-based recommendations for teacher education institutions, schools, and policymakers.

Key outputs include a Digital Research Hub, policy briefs, research publications, and a Handbook of Nordic-Baltic Teacher Inquiry Stories that showcases examples of research-informed teaching practice.
