The goal of the project is to increase the participation of adults in lifelong learning by improving the competences of adult education workers in the field of applying new teaching methods. In order to achieve this goal, the project envisages improving the cooperation and exchange of knowledge in the field of adult education between education workers and education providers, strengthening their abilities during internships in Norway, collaborating during the development of an action plan, participating with Lithuanian and Norwegian partners in the planning stage of the strategy for the creation and delivery of mass open online courses , preparing methodological instructions for the creation and provision of massive open online courses and during practical training.
