One of the issues identified in the progress measure No. 12-001-01-02-01 of the Science Development Program by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania is the lack of capacity and incentives to prepare international R&D project proposals. This project aims to contribute to addressing this issue by conducting an R&D idea validation, partner search, and best practices acquisition. The R&D idea validation will involve acquiring expert consultations and other services necessary for preparing the proposal and conducting a pilot study to assess whether the project idea meets the needs of the target group as specified in the call. This will provide the necessary knowledge and justification for the preparation of the proposal according to the “Horizon Europe” program’s call “MSCA Doctoral Networks 2024 HORIZON-MSCA-2024-DN-01-01”.
