The project aims to accelerate the decarbonisation of buildings by exchanging experiences between researchers, business and the public sector in Lithuania, Austria and Ireland. The project analyses and applies the practices developed in the individual countries in collecting data on the building stock, promoting the renovation of apartment buildings and introducing organic materials for panel renovation.
Project funding:
Consultancy services to support DG REFORM for the implementation of technical support projects
Project results:
The different countries in the project are pursuing specific objectives using the practices of other countries. The area of interest for Lithuania is panel renovation using organic building materials. This is achieved by analysing the best practices of Austria and Ireland, preparing a guidebook on panel renovation using organic materials and BIM project development technologies on the basis of the analysis, preparing exemplary models of renovation projects, and communicating the systematised material to the professionals of public institutions.
Period of project implementation: 2023-10-27 - 2025-06-27
