Influence of Composition of Nanofibrous Web on the Functional Properties of Textiles

Project description:

The aim of the work is the development of theoretical and practical basis for the development of high-tech textile materials with functional properties of nanofibrous web.
The following tasks will be solved:
– Estimation of physico-chemical properties of polymer-based components for nanofibre web and optimization of composition of forming solutions for the creation of nanoplate coatings for specified properties.
– Investigation of electrospinning parameters to obtain uniform structure of web.
– The study of the physical and mechanical properties of textile materials with nanofibrous web and the development of guidelines.

Project results:

Investigations where carried out on the formation of a nanofibrous web on the surface of textile materials with the natural based particles with antimicrobial properties. The results of investigations has been published in 3 scientific papers.
