The main goal of the project “Fostering Digital and Green Transformation in SMEs (FoDiGreT)” is to create a curriculum focused on the management of sustainable digital transformation in SMEs as a response to the need to create a European Green Digital Coalition that will accelerate the transition of the ICT sector towards a sustainable, climate neutral, circular and zero emissions economy pollution, while contributing to the construction of an innovative, sustainable and integrated society and economy.

Project results:
1) 15 ECTS Curriculum on Green aspects of digital transformation in SMEs consisting of 12 topics for Students in HE systems. Description of the Curriculum is available in the project website: https://fodigret.pl/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/FoDiGreT-PR1.pdf
2) Innovative Open Educational Resources, in the form of gamified interactive training videos
with “narrative crossroads” following the curriculum with further investigation materials and self-evaluation tool (interactive video situations with questions and explanation of solutions). These learning resources are available in e-learning environment of project partners after registration: https://www.erudite.it. Registration and usage are free of charge.
3) Methodology for practical validation of the developed material and 8 check-ups of it in SMEs. 2 SMEs were participating in each country: Lithuania, Poland, Spain, and Italy. The methodology can be used for self-evaluation of green digital transformation of any SME.
4) 10 short educational films recorded by students. KTU SEB students actively joined this activity and prepared 3 short educational films. All films can be found in the project website as the 4th result: https://fodigret.pl/results/.
5) 5 video case studies developed by students, running the research on particular SME (including visits, interviews, gathering the material, and developing the story). KTU SEB students prepared 2 case studies. All video case studies can be found in the project website as the 5th result: https://fodigret.pl/results/
81 KTU SEB students, 10 employees (researchers and technicians), and 4 Lithuanian SMEs were involved in the development of project results and validation of the material. In total, the project directly engaged more than 200 students, 18 SMEs, and more than 40 academics. Overall, more results have been developed than planned in the project proposal. Results have been presented in the even for students, academics, representatives from SMEs, and other local participants. Results are integrated in KTU SEB study process and will used further.
