Electronic and Plasmonic Properties of Chemical Vapour Deposited Graphene Based Nanostructures

Project no.: TAP-LB-14-001

Project description:

The aim of the bilateral cooperation project between Lithuania and Belarus, which is financed by Lithuanian Research Council, is to identify the relationships between the structural, electronic and plasmonic properties of the chemical vapor deposited graphene for application to new information transfer and processing elements.

Project funding:

Intergovernmental programme administrated by Research Council of Lithuania: Lithuania–Belarus

Project results:

The following results were obtained during the project: Optimization of graphene chemical vapor deposition technology; Creation and optimization of graphene transfer from the metal catalyst substrate to other surfaces; Studies on the structure and properties of chemically precipitated and transferred graphene from the vapor phase; The technology of the formation of metal contacts on the surface of graphene was developed
