Project description:

The primary objective of this project is to investigate the role of dynamic managerial capabilities on family business resilience and leadership succession planning during critical situations, namely covid-19 pandemic.

Interngovernmental programme administrated by Research Council of Lithuania: Lithuania–Latvia–China (Taiwan)


Project results:

The expected results of the project will be: organized 6 academic seminars for young researchers, trained 12 young researchers, attended three international conferences, submitted 2 manuscripts to high-level journals.
