Developement of Smart Conveyor Roller

Project description:

During the project, it is planned to create a prototype of a smart conveyer roller. The electronic equipment installed in the roller would allow continuous and automatic monitoring of the roller’s parameters (rotational speed, bearing temperature, vibrations, etc.), predict the condition of its structural parts, and determine the moment of preventive replacement of the rollers. By using innovative and modern technologies, an economic and environment-friendly product with high added value will be created.
