The project is intended to convert cultural value of architectural heritage property to the financial expression. Throughout the process of inquiry there will be marked out couple or several components of impact that determine the Summum Bonum of public life caused by cultural (built) heritage. The concept for methodology will be useful as a tool to value harms made by outlaw activity to cultural property. It also would serve as an implement for counting value of territory and planning investment strategies for private sector.
