Commercialization of photopolymer material for the production of products with static properties using stereolithographic (SLA) 3D printing

Project no.: 01.2.2-MITA-K-702-06-009

Project description:

The aim of this project is to develop and commercialize a photopolymerizable material for the production of products with antistatic properties by stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing. Research on photopolymerizable resins with different compositions will be conducted and the most suitable SLA for 3D printing will be selected, as well as the mechanical and physical properties of the resulting polymers will be studied. Selected materials will be commercialized internationally.

Project funding:

This research project is funded under the 2014–2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds’ Investments under measure No. 01.2.2-MITA-K-702 “Promoting the Commercialization and Internationalization of R&D Results”

Project results:

During the project, new photopolymerizable resins for the production of products with antistatic properties by stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing have been developed. A series of photopolymerizable resins have been studied and the properties of the resulting polymers have been investigated. The selected materials have been tested in stereolithographic 3D printing of products. The project was carried out together with a production company. The materials developed during the project will be commercialized internationally.
