The mismatch between labor demand and supply is one of the biggest problems in the labor market. Scientific studies list many reasons for the shortage of workers, i.e. lack of skills, shortcomings in the education system, low opportunities for upskilling, retraining, lifelong learning, demographic factors, migration, etc. The problem of labor shortage is a complex, multifaceted phenomenon and requires a multifaceted approach to solve it.
