Project description:

To reduce the administrative burden and ensure legally proportional, modern, and effective regulation, the goal is to:

Evaluate the shortcomings of the current system for establishing requirements for measuring instruments and their verification methodologies.
Provide proposals/alternatives for improving this system.
Prepare and submit, in coordination with designated bodies, draft projects for ten critical verification methodologies. These projects should establish the requirements for measuring instruments and the procedures for verifying compliance.

Expected scientific results of the project:
Analysis of the shortcomings and advantages of the current system for establishing requirements for measuring instruments and developing/coordinating their verification methodologies.
Proposals/alternatives for improving the system for establishing requirements for measuring instruments and verification methodologies, including recommendations for legislation.
Development and coordination of draft projects for ten verification methodologies, or their revisions, that do not meet current requirements. These projects should align with the proposals/alternatives for improving the system for establishing requirements for measuring instruments and verification methodologies, as presented in the study.
