Artificial Intelligence-controlled High Selectivity Classifier of Semi-finished Amber Beads

Project description:

The project goal is to make the amber bead classifier ready for full-scale market introduction by upgrading the existing prototype to a fully functional prototype level (stage 7) and by building and testing the pilot lot of control systems (stages 8).

Project results:

Performance stability tests of the existing (stage 6) prototype in real operation conditions shall be carried out and the needed adjustments of the classifier and the control system made. Concept and efficiency of the adjustments verified, drawings and other technical documentation of the final fully-functional prototype (stage 7) prepared. Final fully functional prototype (stage 7) built, adjusted and tested in real production environment. Pilot lot (3 units) of the classifier controls (stage 8) built and tested in various production environments.
