A study of global employees’ subjective well-being and adjustment factors in Lithuania (GLOBEES)

Project no.: S-MIP-24-24

Project description:

Since 2019, Lithuania has experienced a notable influx of immigrants, indicating a shift towards becoming a destination rather than a source country for migrants. This trend has led to an increasing number of global employees arriving annually, necessitating their adjustment within both organizational and national contexts. Hence, the aim of the GLOBEES project is to explore the determinants of well-being and adjustment among global employees, including expatriates, migrants, and refugees, residing and working in Lithuania. Through this investigation, the project seeks to provide recommendations aimed at enhancing the well-being and adjustment process of these individuals.
