Feliksas Palubinskas

Feliksas Palubinskas (United States of America) – Professor of the USA universities, scientist of management, Lithuanian American and Lithuanian political and public figure.

Topics of the professor’s scientific research – international market and trade, pedagogy of business management, development of economic thought, and marketing in the Soviet Union. The main fields of pedagogical activities: management of business organisation, marketing principles, marketing management, marketing research, international business, and international marketing.

F. Palubinskas is the author of numerous science papers and presentations, participant of the activities of the Ateitis Association, the Lithuanian-American Community and the Supreme Committee for the Liberation of Lithuania.

Professor brought more than 23 thousands of scientific books from the USA to the Lithuanian universities and libraries. In 1992, he provided the university management programme funded by the Information Agency; under this programme, specialists from the USA gave lectures to the students of economy and management of higher education schools in Kaunas, Vilnius and Klaipėda until 1996.

The title of Honorary Doctor was awarded for the merits to the global science of management and valuable input in the process of management research and teaching in Lithuania.
