The scientific school on “Signal and image processing for NDT” and Workshop on ”Ultrasonic imaging” will take place on 13-17 May, 2019 in the Santaka Valley – Kaunas University of Technology Science, Technology and Business Centre.
During the event, invited speakers from the Germany, France, Italy and Lithuania will give lectures. This event is devoted to recruited Early Stage Researchers in “NDTonAir” project, but will be open to researchers outside of consortium as well. The “NDTonAIR” project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant agreement. The “NDTonAIR” consortium involves Universities, Research Organizations and major European companies working on new Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) techniques for aerospace. In NDTonAir 15PhD/ Early Stage Researchers are recruited to develop 15 research projects on NDT&SHM. Two of them (Bengisu Yilmaz ir Jaishree Vyas) are working at Ultrasound Research Institute, Kaunas University of Technology.
