Annotation: The purpose of this dissertation was to study the quasi-simultaneous laser transmission welding of high-performance polymer composite parts. In the research work, a methodology for calculating the weld strength of closed-shape geometry assemblies was developed and implemented, which allows to predict how the design of the welded products could affect the strength of the joints. It has been established that polymer composite parts with modulated transmission to laser radiation can be used in laser transmission welding. The experimental results of meltdown and the position of the laser beam, during welding, can be successfully used in the manufacture of other complex, closed-shape geometry polymeric assemblies.
