Mandelathon is a yearly event dedicated to the memory of Nelson Mandela who died on December 5 in 2013. The event consists of a special lecture for students and academic community, opened to everybody. After the lecture there will be film screening followed by the discussion. It is an occasion to get to know this inspiring and history-changing figure and take leadership lessons: Nelson Mandela was able to inspire and bring to action an entire population.

The event is being organised by Dario Martinelli, head of KTU International Semiotics Institute.
The lecture and screening will take place at room 203 (KTU Aula) at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities (A. Mickevičiaus str. 37), on Monday, December 15 at 13:00.
