Annotation: Organic semiconductors are pivotal components of various optoelectronic devices, such organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic and hybrid solar cells, sensors. These devices offer advantages such as flexibility, low cost, relatively high efficiency. Organic semiconductors also find applications in field-effect transistors, memory devices, lasers, thermoelectric devices. Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) and room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) are essential in the improvement of performance of OLEDs and sensors. Aromatic compounds with trifluoromethyl groups are widely used in the design of new TADF and RTP materials. They offer high efficiency and stability of the emission. The present work aims to synthesize and investigate new organic semiconductors with specific  donor-acceptor structures for use in OLEDs and oxygen sensors. The work includes design and synthesis of new organic semiconductors, investigation of their thermal, photophysical, electrochemical and photoelectrical properties. This research aims to contribute to the development of efficient TADF and RTP emitters by combining different donor and acceptor moieties.
