KTU WANTed Career Days 2022

KTU WANTed Career Days 2022 is the largest event for contacts and career planning in the Baltic States for students, pupils, and companies.

The event is for university students and graduates planning their careers, pupils interested in future labour market trends, and the specialties awaiting them, and businesses, public sector companies, and organisations seeking to introduce themselves and attract talented specialists. The Career Days, organised for the last eighteen years by Kaunas University of Technology, helped thousands of students to successfully enter the labour market and the representatives of companies to find the most talented employees and interns for their organisations.

Participants of the event will be able to explore four different spaces:

• FOR CAREER. THE FAIR OF COMPANY PRESENTATIONS WANTed MEETS WANTed, where companies and organisations will introduce themselves, answer all of your questions, and might offer jobs or internships. Are you ready for it?
• FOR EDUCATION. THE CONFERENCE WANTed TALKS, where company representatives and guests will deliver presentations, will share insights on all the important details of the labour market: values, career paths, the value of work, and other aspects. The conference will end with a discussion. It’s time to prepare the questions!
• The spaces of INSPIRATION and RESPITE will offer interactive activities and invite everyone to get to know, learn, try and relax. We invite you to experience it.
