The conference aims to draw the attention of science policymakers and other interested parties to the situation of young researchers (YR) in the Baltic States and to discuss ways to improve it. The conference will be held on 23 November, in Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, Constitution Hall, Gedimino pr. 53, Vilnius.
The conference is dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the BASNET Forumas association.
