In the dissertation, after the analysis of the literature sources, the aim and tasks of the robotized sheet forming research are formulated. Numerical models of strenght and thermal processes of metal and polymer sheet forming have been developed, the adequacy of which for physical ones has been experimentally validated. Using the algorithms of artificial intelligence methods, the parameters of the forming process were predicted and a comparative analysis of the efficiency of these algorithms was performed. As a result of the research, the innovative solutions have been proposed that allow not only to improve the quality of the formed products, but also to shorten their path to the market.
