Annotation:
Polymers and low-molar-mass derivatives containing electroactive fragments and capable of thin amorphous film formation on the substrate, are used to fabricate functional layers for organic light emitting diodes (OLED), photovoltaic cells, field effect transistors and photorefractive materials. Carbazolyl and fluorenyl groups containing polymers and low-molar-mass compounds are among the most widely studied materials which are adaptable in optoelectronic and electronic. To improve properties of the devices, it is highly desirable to design and synthesise new multifunctional materials.
The aim of dissertation was synthesis, characterization and application of new substituted carbazolyl and fluorenyl groups containing low-molecular-weight electroactive materials and polymers, which would be suitable for the formation of layers of organic light-emitting devices.
