KTU ESN starts new weekly event Culture&Movie, which will give great chance to learn about different cultures while enjoying films from all over the world.
This Wednesday Culture&Movie starts with a film The Other Dream Team representing Lithuania. Next week – different country and different movie.
Before the screening there will be a meeting with Martynas Račkauskas – director of Lithuanian Students Basketball League, organiser of various basketball events (EuroBasket 2011, U16 Europe Championship Men 2012, U18 Europe Championship Men 2012, FIBA U17 World Championship 2012, FIBA U19 World Championship for Women 2013), who was awarded Merit for Lithuanian sports in 2008. In the short introduction Račkauskas will speak about the film and tell shortly why basketball is more than just a sport for Lithuanians.
