The European Organisation for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, together with Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), Lithuania is inviting to CAS-CERN Accelerator School next spring. Held in different countries, only 4 schools are being organised by CERN yearly. This will be the first time for the CAS-CERN Accelerator School to be organised in one of the Baltic States.
There are two types of schools organised by CERN: the general knowledge course and the advanced course. The school also runs a thematic course that addresses specific issues such as technology theory.
The Kaunas workshop will address the topic of Radio Frequency Equipment Technologies.
