Baltic Carbon Forum 2022 (BCF 2022) is an annual conference, which will be held this year on 13th -14th Oct in Kaunas, Lithuania. The aim of the BCF 2022 is to enable interested and engaged stakeholders to meet, discuss, share knowledge and experiences, and develop projects. Increase awareness about Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) among younger generations with aim of securing a sustainable future for all.
The BCF2022 will therefore invite relevant experts from the BSR and neighbouring countries, including policymakers, financial institutes, industry representatives and academics for sharing experiences, discussion and brainstorm to identify gaps for expediting the deployment of a large-scale CC(U)S project in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR).
Baltic Carbon Forum is part of BASERCCS’s long-term strategy to foster large-scale development of Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) in the Baltic Sea Region, as a critical carbon dioxide reduction technology for climate change mitigation.
