The Conference-School is intended for young scientists and PhD students interested in Materials Science and Condensed Matter Physics.
The Conference is organized by Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuanian Materials Research Society, Vilnius University, University of Latvia, Riga Technical University, University of Tartu, Center for Physical Sciences and Technology, University of Southern Denmark, and Applied Research Institute for Prospective Technologies.
Topics and areas covered by the Conference-School are:
- Methods of surface analysis;
- Surface engineering and nanostructures;
- Electronic and optical materials;
- Ceramics;
- Polymers and composites;
- Advanced engineering materials;
- Materials for energy.
The lectures will be presented by specialists from Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their work in the Poster Session.
Students will have the opportunity to take part in the Best Poster Competition!
The deadline for registration and abstract submission is May 6, 2024.
The notification of the abstract’s acceptance will be sent on May 13, 2024.
