Grounded in a constructivist framework, moral imagination is operationalised into three observable components: recognition of affected groups, articulation of alternative courses of action, and inter‑party unity.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Rapidly growing investments in renewable energy promote its expansion, but also increase the risks of saturation and financial bubbles. These processes are examined through Financial Saturation Theory based on the logic of limited growth. The theoretical analysis focuses on saturation level, elasticity, feedback mechanisms, Market Duality, and the Saturation Paradox. Financial bubbles are explained as an endogenous phenomenon in systems with limited capacity.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>This dissertation identifies the uncertainties affecting the district heating (DH) market and establishes a methodology for their assessment, specifically tailored to the case of Vilnius. The theoretical analysis reveals that DH development is strongly influenced by regulatory frameworks, market structures, and uncertainty factors. A hierarchical uncertainty-control pyramid is proposed to classify controllable, semi-controllable, and uncontrollable uncertainties and support decision-making during the energy transition.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>This dissertation experimentally resolves row‑by‑row heat and mass transfer during water vapour condensation from hot humid exhaust air (water vapour mass fraction (WVMF) 10 and 20%, Re = 3000–10000, tg = 85–205 °C) in a serpentine type condensing economiser (ratio water/humid air flow rate ratio (RF) = 1–4). The axial Nusselt number initially decreases due to condensate film and non-condensable gas accumulation, then increases as the film thins.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>In this dissertation, a method for vibratory transport on inclined and horizontal harmonically oscillating planes is proposed, based on the periodic dynamic control of dry friction. The method creates a controlled asymmetry of frictional conditions within each oscillation cycle, generating a net frictional force sufficient to overcome the tangential component of gravity and drive particles upwards on an inclined plane, while also enabling controlled directional motion on a plane subjected to harmonic circular motion for omnidirectional transport.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>The dissertation investigates the development and application of PVA-based colour-changing polymer composite films for ionizing radiation detection. Three film systems were fabricated and evaluated: PVA–dye composites for low-dose indication, silver-modified PVA films for the analysis of radiation-induced optical changes, and Ag–PVA–dye composites combining dye bleaching with the formation of silver-related nanostructures.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>This dissertation addresses the problem of subjective human embryo quality assessment during in vitro fertilization (IVF). Current clinical practice relies on single-focal-plane images, resulting in the loss of spatial biological information. Furthermore, existing artificial intelligence (AI) models operate as uninterpretable systems, limiting their clinical adoption.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>In this doctoral dissertation, the direct horizontal synthesis of graphene on catalytic-free substrates (Si, SiO₂, Al₂O₃(0001), and h-BN/SiO₂) commonly used in microelectronics and optoelectronics is investigated using microwave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (MW-PECVD). A steel protective cap was successfully implemented in this work to reduce the undesirable plasma effects on the substrate and the growing film.</p>

However, traditional performance management systems were largely designed for stable environments and often emphasize predictability and controllability of change.
